IMPORTANT! PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS PRIOR TO USING THERMAL BUBBLE, AS THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS.

The following Terms and Conditions govern your use of Thermal Bubble services. By accessing or using the website, or registering for services offered by Thermal Bubble, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by all these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, do not use this website.

 

1. DEFINITIONS

“The Company” – means Thermal Bubble. 


“Cleaner” – means the person or firm carrying out cleaning services on behalf of the Company.


“Client” – means the person, firm or corporate body together with any subsidiary or associated company as defined by the Companies Act to whom the cleaning services are supplied by the Company.


“Service” – means the cleaning services carried out on behalf of the Company.


“Cleaning Visit” – means the visit to the Client’s service address by the Cleaner in order to carry out the Service.

 

2. ELIGIBILITY 

You must be an individual who is at least eighteen (18) years of age to open an account and request for services offered by Thermal Bubble. If, in your jurisdiction or location, the permissible use of the Service is greater than eighteen (18) years old, you must comply with the age requirement in that jurisdiction or location. You agree to provide and maintain complete, accurate, and current information as required to complete the registration process. 

 

3. SINGLE ACCOUNT 

You may only create one account (1) to seek the services of Thermal Bubble.

 

4. SUBSCRIPTION 

Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, you hereby agree to subscribe for and purchase the services offered by Thermal Bubble either on a bi-weekly, monthly, or yearly basis. 


 

5. GUARANTEE

5.1 Thermal Bubble has built its business and reputation by providing its clients with the best possible cleaning service available. Still, Thermal Bubble realizes, that because its operatives are human beings, they sometimes make mistakes. For this reason, Thermal Bubble offers a Guarantee. If the Client is not satisfied with any areas that have been cleaned, Thermal Bubble’s operative will come back to the Client’s premises and re-clean those areas free of charge.

 

5.2 Please note that this guarantee will not apply if the condition of the premises has deteriorated since the original cleaning was undertaken.

6. EQUIPMENT

6.1 Cleaning materials are provided by Thermal Bubble. If you require us to use your solutions or equipment, they must be safe to use/operate, in full working order and must not require any special skills to be used for the purpose of cleaning.

​

6.2 If the Client has equipment that is complicated to operate, the Client must provide clear and detailed instructions to the Cleaner.


6.3 If the Client requires the Cleaner to use their own materials and equipment Thermal Bubble cannot accept any liability should anything go wrong with either the equipment or the outcome of using it.

7. COMPLAINTS 

7.1 All complaints are taken seriously. If you are not happy with any aspect of our service please call us as soon as possible and give us the chance to rectify it. Your custom is very important to us and we want you to be happy.


7.2 If the Client is dissatisfied with a currently occurring service, Thermal Bubble asks that you notify us as soon as you notice anything that might be to their dislike by calling (707) 786-3392 or email support@thermalbubble.com. Please do not wait until the service is ending.

8. LIABILITY 

8.1 Thermal Bubble shall not be liable under any circumstances for any loss, expense, damage, delay, costs, or compensation (whether direct, indirect, or consequential) which may be suffered or incurred by you arising from or in any way connected with a late arrival of Thermal Bubble operatives at the service address. Thermal Bubble endeavors to be right on time on any visit but sometimes due to transport related and other problems which are beyond Thermal Bubble’s control, the operative’s may arrive with a delay or the cleaning visit may be rescheduled.


8.2 Thermal Bubble shall not be liable under any circumstances for any loss, expense, damage, delay, costs, or compensation (whether direct, indirect or consequential) which may be suffered or incurred by you arising from or in any way connected with – 1. A cleaning job not complete due to the lack of hot water or electricity 2. Third party entering or present at the premises during the cleaning process. 

 

9. DISCLAIMER 

Except as otherwise expressly provided in these terms and except for any implied warranties or conditions or terms that cannot be excluded as a matter of law, Thermal Bubble does not make any representations, covenants, conditions or warranties to you, whether express or implied, including warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory, quality or fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or error free services.

 

Privacy Policy

 

1. OUR COMMITMENT TO YOUR PRIVACY

Our Privacy Policy tells you what personally identifiable information Thermal Bubble may collect from you, how Thermal Bubble may process your personally identifiable information, how you can limit Thermal Bubble use of your personally identifiable information, and your rights to obtain, modify and/or delete any personally identifiable information we have collected from you.

2.1 Information you provide Thermal Bubble

Thermal Bubble collects personal information when you request information about our services or otherwise voluntarily provide such information through our site.

Through certain actions when otherwise there is no contractual relationship between us, such as when you browse our site or ask us to provide you more information about our business, you provide your consent to us to process information that may be personally identifiable information. 

 

Wherever possible, we aim to obtain your explicit consent to process this information, for example, by asking you to agree to our use of Cookies or to receive communications from us.

 

3.2 Legally Required Releases of Information

Thermal Bubble may be legally required to disclose your personally identifiable information, if such disclosure is (a) required by law, or other legal process; (b) necessary to assist law enforcement officials or government enforcement agencies; (c) necessary to investigate violations of or otherwise enforce our Legal Terms; (d) necessary to protect us from legal action or claims from third parties including you; and/or (e) necessary to protect the legal rights, personal/real property, or personal safety of our company, clients, third party partners, employees, and affiliates.

 

4. RETENTION PERIOD FOR PERSONAL DATA

Except as otherwise mentioned in this Policy, we keep your personally identifiable information only for as long as required:

  • to provide you with the services you have requested, or otherwise to perform or enforce a contract between us.

  • to continue to provide the best possible user experience to visitors who return to our site to collect information.

  • to comply with other laws; or

  • to support a claim or defense in any court or in any legal, regulatory, or administrative proceeding.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You assume the sole risk of transmitting your information as it relates to the use of this site, and for any data corruptions, intentional interceptions, intrusions, or unauthorized access to information, or of any delays, interruptions to or failures preventing the use this site. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, or monetary damages, including fees, and penalties in connection with your use of materials posted on this site or connectivity to or from this site to any other site.

6. CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

Thermal Bubble reserves the right to change this privacy policy at any time. If we decide to change this Privacy Policy, we will post those changes on the site, so our users are always aware of what information we collect, use, and disclose.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

1.1 The Client agrees to pay the full price of the cleaning visit, if: a) The Client cancels or changes the date/time less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment; b) The Client fails to provide access to the service premises thus preventing Thermal Bubble to carry out the booked work; c) There is a problem with the Client’s keys and the Cleaner cannot let themselves in. If keys are provided, they must open all locks without any special efforts or skills.

1.2 If the Client needs to change a cleaning day or time Thermal Bubble will do its best to accommodate them. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required.


Please note that Thermal Bubble cannot guarantee that the same operative will be available on the new day and at the time the Client requires. Any changes in the cleaning schedule are subject to availability.

Refund Policy

 

1. INTRODUCTION 

1.1 For purposes of this Refund Policy, “we” or “our” refers to Thermal Bubble, and “you” or “your” refers to the Client. Please read this Refund Policy carefully as it constitutes your agreement with us.  

 

1.2 By engaging us to provide services, you agree to be legally bound by this Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change or modify this Refund Policy at any time. 

 

2. REFUND 

2.1 No refund claims will be given once the cleaning service has been carried out. If for any reason the Client is dissatisfied with any aspect, they must notify the Company within 24 hours, and this will be rectified.

 

2.2 Refund will be issued only if the Client has cancelled a cleaning visit within the allowed time (24 hours) prior to the start of the cleaning session and a payment has been already received by Thermal Bubble.

​

2.3 Clients will be entitled to a refund for unexpected circumstances and/or situations outside the control of Thermal Bubble even when it is less than 24 hours from the time of the appointment such as natural disasters, power outages etc. Please advise that this clause shall only apply to circumstances or situations that are outside the control of either the Client or Thermal Bubble.
